Payment Schedule:  April 28 $575.00 for one week and 1,150 for two weeks
                                   May16   last payment $575

Meeting Schedule:  April 28 at 6:00 p.m. Notary will be present, must bring all required forms and copy of passport
                                May 12 at 6:00 p.m. Dr. Dover will be here bring Cash for Malaria meds, mosquito nets and bug spray
