Because of God and his strength and guidance a team of 43 students and chaperones had the opportunity to travel to and from Haiti and serve him.
What a fruitful and amazing trip for all. Safety and really overall health for each of us, along with life transformation.
Thank you for sharing your Sons and Daughters and supporting them to "GO" on this trip. I pray they have been transformed in "Him" The students did a great job in serving, helping, and sharing who God is. We have been very blessed to have led MVCS students to Haiti since 2011 and are now preparing to move to Haiti permanently to serve full time on the mission field. We have a nonprofit organization called Ministere des Bras Ouverts. (translation: open arms ministry) and will remain in connection with Monte Vista in the future. We have opportunities for you to come serve at anytime. You can visit the website at mbohaiti.org.
Monte Vista will be going back to Haiti with some great leaders from the school in January of 2016. Please pray about this and many of the students have indicated they would like to return. We also have summer opportunities and internships available. We are excited for what God has planned and Thank you for continued support and prayers. Clean water (the wells are to be dug April 11 and we pray they find clean unsalted water)
