Every Student who is traveling to Haiti for February needs to come to the Meeting on 1/21/14.  We need to meet with all members of the team.  Please make arrangements to be there! 
Also at least one parent representative as well

Final Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday January 21 at 6 p.m.    Every one needs to plan to come.  Dr. Dover will be there with Malaria pills, mosquito nets and mosquito repellent please be prepared to pay cash. We will also have the final packing list, itinerary, and food list.  Lots of final details for the trip.

We plan to have a notary available as well.  All trip documents need to be completed

No meeting for December. December payment and last and final payment due December 18 $550.00.
